I have been a long distance customer of Audio Emotion for a number of years now having bought a wide range of new and used equipment.Nothing short of outstanding in every possible way - product knowledge, genuine advice, customer service and competitive pricing.I've dealt primarily with Gary over the years and have had the pleasure of meeting up a few times at audio shows but every member of the team that I've dealt with has also been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and customer focused.My only regret is that Fife is much too far away for visiting in person (although this is probably best all round for my bank balance!)

I've known Gary and Mark since they started the company and every encounter since has been a pleasure. They are friendly, enthusiastic and professional, and know their stuff inside out. They have a comprehensive catalogue of equipment (a lot of which is unavailable elsewhere) and they use their ears rather than just relying on trade/magazine reviews. If you have any interest in high-quality sound reproduction, I strongly urge you to seek them out, I'm very glad I did.
