Terrible attitude and service took bracelet to be fixed waited weeks never heard from the shop so went in told me bracelet had been sent away to be fixed wouldn't tell me who had it or their address had to get police who went to shop and bracelet was returned after a couple of days shocking attitude by jewler avoid this place for repairs at all costs
Terrible service!! Stone fell out the ring I bought, after chasing them up for four weeks eventually got a new one which he sized.. Was marked badly, asked for a refund when speaking to him on the phone and he hung up on me!! Some customer service!I was a customer that had bought alot of different pieces but I certainly won't be back!
