Great service especially delivery of prescriptions to your home
Staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Waiting times aren't that long.
Not impressed with customer serviceThis chemist is nice and handy as it's very near the health centre the downside of this its very busy and there is always a wait for meds due to volume prescriptions.Not the best customer service experience here. I have noticed some of the staff can be very condesending when speaking to customers. They should have a seat on the other side of the counter and listen to the poor service from the sales people.
Good chemist but a bit of a wait sometimes
Okay but slow even when there is about 6 staff doing the meds. Ventolin comes sealed and they open it to put your info on it all other just put it on the box.
